This Privacy Policy explains how LexiCloud Evolution LTD (“LexiCloud”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”).

LexiCloud is the controller of the personal data processed through this website and in the course of its commercial relationships.
2. What data we collect
We collect only the data needed to respond to you and to run our business:
- Contact data you provide voluntarily — for example name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message when you write to us.
- Commercial & contractual data when you become a client or supplier — billing details, tax identifiers, order and invoicing information.
- Technical data generated automatically when you visit this website — IP address, browser type, device information and pages viewed, in server logs.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of data through this website, and we do not collect data from minors.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To reply to enquiries and provide our services — legal basis: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- To keep the website secure and working — legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- For direct marketing or profiling, where applicable — only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use advertising or profiling cookies. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a technical request to Google’s servers (and may expose your IP address to that service) solely to render typography. Standard server logs are kept for security and diagnostics.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
- Service providers acting as data processors on our behalf (e.g. hosting, email and IT providers), bound by appropriate agreements;
- Public authorities where required by law.
6. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure an adequate level of protection through appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or for the period required by applicable law (for example, accounting and tax records). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data and obtain a copy;
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erase your data (“right to be forgotten”), where applicable;
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@lexicloudevolution.com. We will respond within the time limits set by the GDPR.
9. Complaints
If you believe your data has not been handled lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, or the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its “last updated” date.
