This Privacy Policy explains how LexiCloud Evolution LTD (“LexiCloud”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”).

1. Data Controller

LexiCloud is the controller of the personal data processed through this website and in the course of its commercial relationships.

• Commercial & contractual data when you become a client or supplier — billing details, tax identifiers, order and invoicing information.
• Technical data generated automatically when you visit this website — IP address, browser type, device information and pages viewed, in server logs.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of data through this website, and we do not collect data from minors.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To reply to enquiries and provide our services — legal basis: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• To keep the website secure and working — legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• For direct marketing or profiling, where applicable — only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use advertising or profiling cookies. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a technical request to Google’s servers (and may expose your IP address to that service) solely to render typography. Standard server logs are kept for security and diagnostics.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
